It can do if used in excess. Vinegar is an acid (as are fizzy drinks, lemons ets) and acids dissolve the lime in your teeth.

Actually when you eat sweet things, they rot your teeth the same way, bacteria in you mouth turn the sugar residues into acids.

It goes very very manky, although it does not dissolve completely. You can look on YouTube and see Brainiac put a tooth in a glass of coke. The result is similar.
