As long as it's not stuck everything is fine. just pull it out again. It's if you get it stuck you can get problems. Then it can get swollen and stuck there. You then need to see a doctor if you can't roll it back yourself.
There seems to be a lot of conjecture about this especially in the USA where knowledge regarding the foreskin and the glans is abysmal even among many of its doctors.
If a tight foreskin gets caught behind the corona of the penis. simply grasp a hold of the glans in the fist and gently squeeze , by doing that you will force the blood that engorges it back into the shaft. do it with some cold water pouring on it at the same time to hurry the process. simply do this until the foreskin slips back into place.. after that I would sugest you engage in some foreskin loosening exercises to stop this from hapening again.
