Mitchel's tattoos dont show on Pair of Kings because, the make up artists use a special type of make up to cover up the tattoos. If you look close enough you can see a little bit of the tattoos through the make up. And the make up sort of don't match his skin type, so if you look up close, you can see. Hope this helps:)

Mitchel Musso is being kicked off of Pair of Kings. The reason is because he is twenty and he was caught drinking and driving under aged. And if he was too old to be on Pair of Kings, then they would've kicked him off awhile ago when he was still eighteen. It's too bad, he was a really good actor too, one of my favs. And if he is reading this, I'm REALLY disappointed in you Mitchel, I was your number one fan...thanks a lot. :*(

At the third season premise, his character overhears his crush talking to her friend about how immature he can be; and so he wrote a runaway note which his character leaves to Chicago to be more mature. A wonderful way to show his disappearance without just removing him. For the remainer til the show's finale, he was replaced by Adam Hicks who plays the twins' long lost brother, Koz of Mindu. The resign from the Pair of Kings show had no conflict of affection with his voiceover role as Jeremy on Phineas & Ferb which he continues to do today, since it's just a VO and not a live-action show.
