Yes
yes it does
The very fact that you are on probation means you have been convicted of some offense. Probation is a SENTENCE!!!! Of course, there will be a record of that offense on your record.
If they are looking for it. In a probation test I'd say they are so that's a big probably.
Yes.
yes
It depends on the P.O. and your probation history thus far. The P.O. will most likely decide to do a suprise home visit, suprise drug test or even both. It all depends on them and there own special personality. They could violate you, order community service yours or both if they don't like you. They run the show now. So, the only person qualified to answer this question is you...think over all the aspects of your relationship and history with your P.O. and you will have your answer.
Are you on parole or probation? If so, yes. If you are not on parole or probation, do the police have a search warrant? If not, I guess I wouldn't let them in my house in the first place. If they do have a search warrant, yes.
Generally minor traffic violations do not cause your probation to be violated. It depends on how tightly the probation agreement is drawn. Most traffic tickets do not even show up on a probation officers radar, although you are required to self report the ticket to your probation officer.
it doesnt, trust me ive tried
