I guess it depends on what it landed on. If it landed on a hard surface such as concrete, it may die or be seriously ill but if you drop it onto a pillow, the mouse will be in shock but should be fine.
If it's a baby it will probably hurt it a lot and maybe kill it. You should be very careful holding a baby mouse.
Well if u drop a baby it's most likely going to get hurt or even die...if u happen to drop ur baby I would get it to the hospital asap

Drop a mouse at any height from a foot or higher and the mouse will come out on its feet 90% of the time. Any lower, and the mouse's success rate drops signifigantly.

Well if you have a baby mouse with no fur what you should feed it warm puppy or kitten milk (not cow milk, that can cause diarrhea) using a syringe. If you don't have a syring, you can use a piece of string until you can get one, just soak it in the milk until a drop forms at the end. If the baby mouse does not drink it take it to the closest RSPCA.
