What happens if you find out at 10 weeks that your baby has no heartbeat and was there something you did wrong that you could have changed?

It is highly unlikely you did anything wrong. Some pregnancies are just not meant to be. Sometimes the placenta (afterbirth) does not become well attachedm, or does not start producing the hormones it should. Sometimes there is an illness affecting the baby. None of this is your fault.
