Alcohol tends to dehydrate you and Ecstasy tends to warm up your body and dehydrate you as well. So it is not something you want to mix together because it can lead to severe consequences. If you're dehydrated, either drink or pop do not do both.

You're high will amazing but risky . You've to be careful not to do too much, since ecstasy already has some meth in it, you should take it slow and see how you feel as you go.

Do the ecstasy first, then do the meth in low doses, wait about 15 min for the next dose.

Don't go too crazy and do too much at once, you could start tweaking out, or overdose .

I'm not a doctor but did go to school to be medical assisent But I also did mix the two and your mixing a strong upper with a very intense downer (oxy is compared to pure heroin ) so when are doing coke your heart rate goes up between 20-45 depending on what your coke is cut with and coke stays in your blood for 3 days (no matter the amount you do) so then when or you chose to take a "mussel relaxer" exspecialaly oxy it slows down your heart rate within min so when heart is pumping that fast and slows down that fast. Oxy slow it 75% within min which then can cause either a strork/ heartatack/seizure. I did that one time. I did alot of coke and friend cut up an oxy and didn't know that was oxy. I had middle stroke and a full on seizure.

Ecstasy and Adderal mixed would increase your heart rate, and can be very dangerous in high doses. I wouldn't see a point in it seeing as your already hiped up.
