If you can't afford it, Allah will forgive you.
If you can afford it (like have a trillion dollars), and you don't go to Hajj, Allah will probably punish you.
If you never get the chance, that's okay too (about 2 million people can pray Hajj per Dhul-Hijjah)
The Hadj, the Fifth Pillar of Islam, is a once-in-a-lifetime obligation for those Muslims who can afford it. Since there are an estimated 1.5 billion Muslims in the world and the King of Saudi Arabia only grants visitations to about 2-2.5 million Muslims per year (and since Muslims don't live over 600 years), it should be apparent that most Muslims DO NOT meet this obligation and their reason is they couldn't afford it.
The rule was laid down when all the Muslims lived in Arabia and to get to Mecca, pretty much all one had to do was walk, or, if more fortunate, ride a camel. Today, with Muslims spread around the world, getting to Mecca can be an unbearable expense, especially for those for whom an airplane ticket costs more than they earn in a lifetime.
Hajj happens in Mecca. The Holy Kaa'ba is there.
he as a laugh
No, he did not go for hajj as for as history is concern. He did make 3 trips to England, but never went for hajj.
They Muslims to go the city of Mecca to perform Hajj. But they must go to Mina and Arafat to complete the rituals of Hajj.
Hajj can only be performed at Mecca. All the pilgrim have to go to Mecca to perform Hajj.
At Hajj season when Hajj is preformed many people go to worship Allah (G_d) and pray in front of Masjid al-Haram. But, people that celebrate Hajj has to go to Mecca to perform Hajj once in a lifetime
I am going to Hajj. I will go to Hajj next year. My aunt is back from Hajj. Performing Hajj is a good deed.
NOTHING
Non Muslims don't go on Hajj.
Hajj can only be performed at Mecca during the month of Zil Hajj, between 8th and 13th. (th is the chief ritual. If somebody can't go to Mecca, Hajj is not obligatory to him
This scenario never happens. The pillar site design doesn't allow the throwing stones during Hajj to hit any other Muslim. This ritual worship during Hajj, although done by millions of pilgrims, is practiced smoothly and peacefully.
Yes. You may go to perform Hajj with your whole family.
