You have a siezure, you start shaking, your brain swells, your temperature goes through the roof, foam comes out of your mouth. And youll ethier die or become brain dead. But it is very rare for a person to over dose on ecstacy, unless they took 10 pills all at once or something.. People usually die from ecstacy because they drink WAY to much water when there on it, witch causes them to drown. Or they ethier drink WAY to little, witch causes them to become dehydraded.

∙ 12y agoWell I am not sure how popular this answer will be but honestly. If you or someone with you is ODing then call 911 as soon as possible. I know this sounds like a parents answer but honestly what would you rather deal with; the little trouble you might get in with family/law or living with the consequences of losing someone that you could have saved. Or even you yourself not being alive. But aside from the contacting 911 and taking there advice till help gets there I would advise to try to get the person into fresh air and try to cool them off since most X has other chemicals in it that make your brain start going into overdrive and overheat like a car with out engine coolant. Also I am not sure on this part but keep them awake and talking just because I always heard not to let the person passout. I have scene a couple people go through the overdosing on other substances and from what ive scene people either freak out and cant think straight or they pull it together and try to keep the person alive and get help. You never know what type you are till you are put in the position and hopefully you never have to ggo through it.
