In humans, the gall bladder is not a required organ - it's simply a storage organ for bile for the times that we are not eating and digesting foods. Without a gall bladder, you may have some stomach upset due to the constant slow release of bile into the upper duodenum that may leak back into the stomach. Otherwise, you shouldn't see much of a difference after you heal up from teh surgery.

Mostly nothing. Your body will continue to digest food. There might be a slight decrease in the body's ability to break down fats, which might cause diarrhea when paired with a high fat diet. Other than that, living without a gallbladder is fairly normal.

Those who have had the gall bladder removed have lost the storage site for bile. In these people the bile constantly circulates from liver to bile duct to small intestine and back to liver. As you have probably observed, there are usually no consequences from the removal of the gall bladder http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Gastroenterology/What-happens-following-gall-blader-removal/show/228369 if our gall blader is removed theres is a less digestion of fat as gall blader concentrates our bile juice fo imulsification of fat

This is called a Cholecystectomy & Pancreatectomy.

You may need insulin therapy due to the partial removal of the pancreas.

But as far as the gall bladder is concerned nothing further will happen.

Your gall bladder is being removed means it was mostly functionless. So you are already used to the non functioning gallbladder. So you will not get any problem due to absence of gall bladder.
