It does not get teleported into another dimension, or anything like that. a black hole is an object that just sucks things into it. So if something were to fall into a black holes's path, then it would be crushed as if it crash landed onto the black hole. (only a lot worse).

A black hole is formed from the collapse of a massive star. It is an astrological phenomenon with extreme gravity. The massive gravity of a black hole causes any material nearby to be attracted to it. This means gas, dust, bits of rock and even planets and stars can get "sucked into" the black hole. The black hole is the most massive concentrated gravitational object we know of, and the big ones just keep getting bigger. It has been verified that a black hole exists at the center of our galaxy. It cannot be seen, but nearby stars are moving around a point of massive gravitation that emits no visible radiation. Black holes simply take any matter that they can get their gravimetric hands on and pull it into themselves to add to their mass. And that's how they destroy things. What goes in does not come out. Black holes dont destroy. They just add everything within there gravitional pull to its singularity's mass.

Like any other gravitational body UNTIL the matter reaches the event horizon; then all bets are off.

What happens is to you, since the tidal forces of the black hole are stronger the closer you are (so it's stronger at the end you fall in. If you fall in feetfirst, your feet will encounter more attraction), your body will be stretched until it tears apart the bonds that hold your body together.

To an outside observer, because the immense gravity distorts space and time, you'll appear to move slower and slower, never actually getting "sucked in" (that is, if they can see you past the event horizon. Otherwise, they'll simply see you disappear when your light can no longer go out, before then, the light you reflect is constantly red-shifted because you're moving away).

When you reach the singularity, if you touch it (it's theoretically ring-shaped), you will perish (assuming you survived having your body torn apart), assimilated into the infinitely dense ring. If you fall through, you might end up in another dimension (called the Einstein-Rosen bridge).

well no one has been sucked into a black hole because you die instantly so it has not been discovered

Another reply: Matter that falls into a black hole will stay in the black hole for a long, long time.

We know nothing about the ultimate fate of matter that is absorbed by a black hole. Our mathematics breaks down at the "event horizon", beyond which it is no longer even theoretically detectable.

Based on our past experiences with acquiring knowledge, it seems likely that some time within the next century, someone will develop a new understanding of how gravity and physics works, and we will then discover that everything we thought we knew was incorrect. After that, some of this intensely theoretical physics stuff may begin to make more sense.

When an object gets sucked into a black hole, it gets destroyed and is turned into energy at the center of the black hole. There are also some theories that suggest some black holes have a "white hole" at the other end of it and everything that gets sucked in gets spit out wherever the white hole is.

Most black holes: nowhere. It crushes matter down into a single point of near-infinite density. However, this mass is eventually released as particles created by energy called Hawking radiation.

Rapidly rotating black holes have been suggested as gateways to space-time, allowing passages from one location to another in time and space. However, the likelihood of physical objects passing safely through these hypothetical gateways is very low.

We actually do not know what happens in a black hole, it is all theory. A black hole has a tremendous amount of gravitational force, so it would in theory crush objects this way.

The theory generally states:

The black hole is a region in the universe that is very dense in its mass. So dense in fact that the resulting attractive force allows nothing to escape. Even light can not escape it (hence the name). It is usually caused by the deformation of space-time and the collapse of stars under their own weight when they run out of "fuel". Due to it's incredible pull it simply destroys matter that comes close enough to it. It has the ability to "destroy" matter by separating individual atoms.

(1) Such matter gets utterly destroyed. Even atoms will be destroyed. (2) The mass of any matter that falls into the black hole will increase the mass of the black hole.
