A tornado and a hurricane don't exactly meet as they occur on completely different scales. A hurricane is its own large-scale storm system while a tornado is a small-scale phenomenon that occurs within a larger system. Hurricanes often produce tornadoes. Such tornadoes behave more or less like those produced by other systems.

Theoretically it is possible that they could happen at the same time, but it never has happened. Tsunamis and hurricanes are completely unrelated events. So it would be possible, but extremely unlikely. Such a convergence of events, if it were to occur, would have to happen purely by coincidence.

Technically, a hurricane and a cyclone will not collide due to the name of a tropical cyclone being different based on the geographic region in which it forms.

That being said, when two cyclones approach one another, their centers will begin orbiting cyclonically about a point between the two systems. The two vortices will be attracted to each other, and eventually spiral into the center point and merge. When the two vortices are of unequal size, the larger vortex will tend to dominate the interaction, and the smaller vortex will orbit around it. This phenomenon is called the Fujiwhara effect

The two would not interact. If the hurricane was making landfall at the time the tsunamis would add to the height of the storm surge, greatly increasing the damage done in coastal areas.

When two hurricanes meet they would probably merge to form one storm.
