According to the Twilight book series, if you get bitten by a vampire, you get poisoned by their fangs. This poison can either kill you or turn you into a vampire. You can also be exsanguinated before you have the chance to change.

∙ 14y agoThe vampire would get sore teeth, as dragons have very thick, strong skin (or scales). The dragon would also probably end up biting the vampire and killing it instead as dragons are a lot bigger than vampires, for this reason the dragon would not be hurt or turn into a vampire-dragon, as the "venom" that the vampire has spread by biting it be useless as it will not be enough to kill the dragon, however it might make it slightly drowsy or something.
However, if the "venon" somehow did affect the dragon, it would still not be affected, as dragons eat people anyway, and vampires drink human blood - either way, it would be killing humans still. It wouldn't drink their blood and turn them into dragon-vampire-person. They would just die from being eaten.
