If you take more vitamins than your body needs, you will excrete the extra vitamin content through your urine. Regardless of how many you take, your body will only use what it needs to be effective. Getting vitamins naturally is always the best way to benefit your body systems...diet, exercise, etc.
It is not likely to be dangerous, but a doctor should be contacted for precautions. yea you should contact a doc. and this dose not answer my question, i asked what will happen not what you should do.
diarrhea (very rare)
high doses of vitamin c can cause nausea, vomiting, irritation of the esophagus, heartburn/indegestion, intestinal cramps, fatigue, redness of the skin, headaches, insomnia, and diarrhea.
For the most part, nothing will happen. The Kidneys will remove the excess from you body as liquid waste. Any actual problems from taking to much Vitamin C are very rare, but can reportedly include: Severe Back pain (from kidneys), Jaundice, Itchy skin (prurutis), Tender mass in left upper abdomen (splenomegaly), Fever, Dizziness, Vomiting, Nausea, Headache, and Facial flushing.
You can avoid any of these major problems by starting at a low dosage and slowly working your way up. For example, try one gram per day (not on empty stomach) for a week or two, then bring it up to two, and so on. If you have "a loose bowel movement," then you are taking a bit too much. Back off a gram (or two, if you want to be extra-safe) and the problem should go away within a day or two. Now you can hold at this dosage, or adjust is as desired - just stay a little below your tolerance level.

I don't really think anything happens, apart from you having really hard bones, you'll also be very immune to bone cancer or diseases.
Vitamin C is water soluble, so you can't overdose on it. If anything, you might get a LITTLE~ diarrhea.
It depends on the vitamins and dosage. You'll probably get sick.

Any medicine overdose may cause organic disturbances which may vary from mild to a serious ones. Why taking too much vitamin D? Read the directions inside the package and take the adequate dosage for your age, on the event that you really need taking the vitamin D. As a suplement the DRI of the vitamin D is enough for everyone.

Vitamin A gets you sick when its too much in your system.
Yes. Straight viitamin C is rather acidic, so consuming too many tablets can cause upset stomach and indigestion. This requires many, many times the RDA to occur. Vitamin C excess is pretty much impossible from non-fortified foods.
