Nyquil can because harmful not because of the slight alcohol (more alcohol in most fruit than a serving of Nyquil) but from the adverse effects from the drugs inside of it. It contains an antihistamine, cough suppressant (Dextromethorphan) and a NSAID. Nyquil also contains sugar which is something else to avoid while pregnant. Call your doctor and discuss this with him/her also. Don't take Nyquil anymore
