A regular hit from a vampire has no direct consequences, however if a vampire attempts a drain attack on your character, there is a 10% chance of contracting a curable disease. This disease can be cured via a cure disease potion or one of the many shrines throughout skyrim. However, if left unattended for three days, the disease will bloom into vampirism and you will become a stage 1 vampire and gain the various affects associated with this form. Each day that you do not feed on a sleeping person, you will advance a stage and the vampiric effects will increase.

∙ 13y agook so if they bite you over 5 min or so. they wont be able to control and they suck your blood dry,under 5 min or so. if they let go and stop the vemon from their teeth will spead in your blood and in three days of sceaming and pain your one of them[the vampires i mean]

∙ 12y agoIf that person notices, they should get checked for rabies. While only a small percentage of bats are rabid, most of the cases of rabies in humans are caused by bats. The victim actually might not feel the bite if they are sleeping because the vampire bat's teeth are so small.

It is believed there are no such things as werewolves.
However, according to myth a victim will himself turn into a werewolf from a werewolf bite. If the bite is very bad he may be dead.
Also, only a real werewolf (a complete werewolf) can produce an other one by biting.
As for the werewolf bitten by a human, I'm thinking he should get it looked at by a doctor (or vet) as the human mouth is an extremely unsanitary place.

Based on the myth about what happens when a werewolf bites a human, I suppose the werewolf would turn into a human when a human bites a werewolf. This answer might sound a little silly, but it's all myths when it comes to werewolves.
