You need to take classes in English, journalism, and forensics . Get on the school debate team, the school newspaper, and on the year book staff. If your high school has a broadcast class or video classes take those. Go down to your local newspaper or TV station and see if you can start there in some minor job. Write articles for the newspaper or send items into teen magazines. These things will get you experience and you'll meet people.
