If 2.2 picograms of DNA could be extracted from a certain number of human muscle cells about how many picograms of DNA could be extracted from the same number of human gamete cells?

Since human body cells (like muscle cells) contain twice the amount of DNA present in human gamete cells, roughly 1.1 pg of DNA can be expected out of human gamete cells

What is extracted from cells for DNA microarray technology?

mRNA is extracted from cells for DNA microarray. the mRNA is then converted in the lab to cDNA this cDNA is allowed to interact with the probes on the microarray chip

How biologist get DNA out of the cell?

DNA can be extracted from most cells by a simple chemical procedure: the cells are opened and the DNA is separated from the other cell parts.

Is there DNA in plant or animal cells?

Yes they will look alike because of the cell's small structural and functional unit of an organism. Typically microscopic and consisting of cytoplasm; because all cells are a part of life so the only difference would be the color.

What substances must DNA be purified from?

tissue from an organism that is living, or once lived. For example, DNA can be extracted from blood cells, hair, or skin cells, etc.

Is the amount of DNA in a human body cell the same as the amount of DNA in a human egg cell?

No. The amount of DNA in human sperm cells is half of the amount found in body cells.

Why can you see the extracted with the naked eye?

When extracted from many cells in a sample, using various solvents, the DNA can easily be collected and seen with the naked eye.

Is there a skull that was found not human and not animal They supposably got dna from it marro... I do not know?

They have extracted DNA from Neanderthal bone marrow. Is that what you mean?

Why cant you see DNA within a DNA?
