If the legal age of consent in your state/country is more than 15years of age, then it is unlawful sexual intercourse and this is a criminal offence. Your age can mitigate the response of the authorities and/or any sanctions...
It depends on where you are, it would be wise to seek a free consultation with a lawyer (where everything you say is protected) the lawyer will know the best course of action. She's a minor and you're not. So it's illegal. But I think it's very kind of you to stay with your girlfriend and help support her and her baby. Most men will probaly run away after they get their girlfriend pregnant. Get a lawyer incase anyone says anything to the police.

∙ 10y agoThen that 18 year-old is destined to become someone's girlfriend in prison. That is, is her father doesn't murder him first. There's a little something called statutory rape - an 18 year-old and a 15 year-old is in violation of that law.
If this is your situation, all I can say is that I feel sorry for you when you get to General Population. They hate rapists and child molesters in there with a passion. Better watch your back in there.

∙ 12y agoDepends on where you live and the laws there. If there's a close in age exception to the statutory rape laws you might be fine but otherwise you can be charged if someone reports you.
