This coin is 40% silver. Too bad it is not from 64 or earlier, as those were 90% silver. It is worth a dollar or two.
The U.S. Mint has never issued a dollar coin with those dates on it.

The US did not print any two dollar silver certificates after 1899.
It depends greatly on the year, early silver dollar proof dollars can be worth several thousand dollars, modern silver dollar proofs of common dates might be worth $20 or so for silver scrap.
