Why does your female friend act nervous around you?

He could like you, or he might not really know you, to its a bit awkard. Men become 'less intelligent' or something like that around women. Men are constantly trying to impress women so if he doesn't know how to impress you then he may be nervous, or he might feel that you like him and he might not know what he feels. If you really want to know why give the boy a sort of test, like invite him out and then single him out, and don't really talk to anyone else and maybe hold his hand, see how he reacts. If he acts very politely around you, more so than around others, I think he likes you. But this by may just be shy, and not used to talking to girls :)

It could mean she likes you. I'm always shy around the boy I like. Especially face to face. You should start a convorsation with her. Girls. Usually like the boy to talk first. Makes it easier for her. I'm going to have to talk to the boy I like on Monday! How akward will it be! I have to go up to him first.. :|

she is probably anxious because she really likes you. sometimes us girls get really nervous or excited when we are around someone we like. it doesn't matter if your just friends.....girls are nervous around guys in general...sorry if this doesn't help....but i hope it does....
