To be honest it will probably get entirely polluted before it will run out. I doubt it will ever run out because there's new water being formed and destroyed daily. For water to "run out", weather would have to stop, the oceans would have to dry up, and a lot of other things that contribute. The world running out of water is very unlikely seeing as how it's like ~70% water.
