What if you are going to two different doctors one for methadone and one for adderall and neither are aware of the other?

I don't think it should be a big deal. Especially if you are not experiencing any negative side effects. But it probably wouldn't hurt to tell them. I don't understand why you would have to go to 2 separate doctors for those things unless there is a special methadone clinic. It seems you have a history of drug abuse so telling either doctor could end in you losing your adderall prescription. It is a schedule 2 controlled substance which is HIGHLY abuse-able . It "could" lead to your addy doctor suspecting abuse since you are getting methadone to replace your addiction to drugs. If i were you, i would not tell either doctor anything.
