I am not a medical doctor however I have been doing this for quite some time (6 months) and have been clean and regular for the entire time. MIND THIS: I took 8 ounces of Prune Juice to only 1 ounce of apple cider vinegar the first day and about 4 ounces of prune juice to 1/2 ounce of apple cider vinegar every evening since. Believe me when I say it is both natural and effective.
I did not experience any bad gassy feelings and I did not experience any feelings of having to run to the bathroom either. I may be lucky. Please be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day as well and remember to love your body by only putting good things into it in the first place. Drinking prune juice and vinegar for a fast easy way to lose weight may lead to a yo-yo dieting experience where you gain the weight back on if you do not continue to be diligent with your daily diet of good foods.
I personally am a raw foodist, but I do eat some cooked foods every once in a while. Having given up cooked foods was the best decision I have ever made for myself with regard losing weight. The prune juice and apple cider vinegar is a good tool to use, but it is NOT the only way to go if losing weight is your goal.
