I suggest that you decide if your friendship is more important than liking a guy. Boys are always around, but good friends are hard to find. If she is a good friend, why not try to discuss it with her? Maybe the two of you could come up with a solution. He mayor may not like either or both of you, so it may not end up being a big issue.
