That is not healthy.

At age 13 your body is very young and able to replenish yourself easily. If you eat a healthy diet with moderate exercise you should be able to see results faster than almost anyone. Diet pills can cause stomach ulcers, blood pressure problems, and heart disease. I took a diet pill in the summer last year. I did not lose any weight, and I am still dealing with the serious health effects today. I am losing blood internally, no energy, unable to eat certain foods. No joke! I may need surgery.

The bottom line is -- eat a diet rich in raw veggies (at least one veggie or fruit of each color of the rainbow each day!), exercise 4-5 times a week, eat enough protein (40g a day), only healthy fat (like olive oil), and whole grains (no white bread or pasta, only whole grain). You will see results that may be a little slower but they will stay.
