depends if you have had unprotected sex! if you have then you definetly should, and if you still have had sex protected there is still a chance you could always be. also remember to keep in mind signs dont always show in the first few days or weeks.

If your period is 5 days late and you took a blood test you would get the correct results. You could be late for other reasons. Even store bought pregnancy tests can detect pregnancies before your period would have started. Just wait a bit longer and you will probably start, or you could have other female problems that are just starting. Such as Polycyctic ovarian syndrome or endometriosis...You never know...If you are scared schedule a pap test.

The signs of pregnancy are a missed period and/or positive pregnancy test. Take a pregnancy test to see if you're pregnant.

How soon do you feel signs of pregnancy?

Within the first 2 to 5 weeks following fertilization. There are cases where women feel none of the early signs of pregnancy, but this is rare. Early signs include frequent urination and tenderness of the breasts. However, don't worry yourself if you haven't missed a period yet, as this is the first and most definitive sign of pregnancy. You should buy a pregnancy test 5 days after the expected date of your period if there is still uncertainty.

What if you had a period but still have signs of pregnancy?
