Please post a new question with the coin's denomination. In 1941 the word LIBERTY appeared on cents, nickels and quarters, while dimes and halves had images of Miss Liberty so "liberty coin" isn't specific enough.

A 1943 dime doesn't depict an actual person. Up till 1945 all US dimes carried various images of Miss Liberty. Dimes minted from 1916 to 1945 show her wearing a winged Liberty cap signifying freedom. The image strongly resembles that of the Roman god Mercury, which resulted in this series of dimes being universally called Mercury dimes. Beginning in 1946, US dimes have all carried a portrait of President Franklin D. Roosevelt.
