The Prime Meridian at Greenwich England is at 0 degrees longitude and is the basis for all navigation and international time keeping.
0 degrees longitude is knows as the Prime Meridian or the Greenwich Meridian. it passes through the Greenwich Observatory in London. The opposite (180 degrees) is the International Date Line.
It is not a line. It is a one dimensional imaginary point that exists in the Gulf of Guinea off the western coast of Africa.
