A gram is a submultiple (1/1000th) of the kilogram, which is the SI Base Unit for mass.

Mass is measured using a scale balance: a device with two pans suspended from a horizontal beam. A balance cancels the effect of gravity, while allowing the mass of an unknown object to be compared with a known mass -usually provided from a set of very accurate standard masses.

Weight, on the other hand, is the force due to gravity and is measured in newtons and is measured using a spring balance. A spring balance is stretched by the force acting on a body due to gravity and, so, measures its weight.

(Although a spring balance actually measure weight, they are often calibrated to indicate mass.As weight varies from place to place, whereas mass doesn't, this means that a spring balance will only accurately indicate mass at the place where it has been calibrated. This is also true of digital scales, which also measure weight but are usually calibrated to indicate mass.)

The acceleration with which a mass falls. All masses fall with the same acceleration,
called the "acceleration of gravity" and measured in metres per second2. Acceleration
of gravity on earth is about 9.81m/s2. This means that if you let something drop from
a building its speed will be 9.81 metres per second after 1 second, 19.62 m/s after 2
seconds, etc. That's why they say that if you let a penny drop from the empire state
building and it hit someone walking past it would kill them. This is because by the
time it would have reached the person it would be falling at such a high speed, and
have so much momentum, that it would hit the person with a large force.

A gravitometer is normally used to measure gravity, it is very expensive device.

the answer is spring scale
On Earth, you would use a scale to measure the weight.

A spring scale will give "the pull of gravity" irrespective of the gravitational field & could be used on the earth or moon.

A balance gives the mass, related, but it gives a constant value independent of the gravitational field, and would only be accurate for "the pull of gravity" with constant gravity.

a pan balance, a truck scale, a postage meter, or a bathroom scale.

Difference between electric forces and gravitational forces is that electrical forces include?

In case of electric force there are both repulsive and attractive. But in case of gravitational force, only attractive force. Electrical force between electric charges. Gravitational force between masses. In electric force we use a constant known as permittivity of the medium. But in gravitational force a universal constant known as Gravitational constant is used. Electrical force is very much greater than gravitational force.

What tool is used to measure?

There are many instruments (tools) used for measuring. It depends on what you're measuring. A ruler can be used to measure length, a watch to measure time and an anemometer for measuring wind speed.
