Classical Latin has verb endings indicating I, we, they, you, he and so on. You do not need another word to indicate "we" unless you really want to emphasise that concept:
we are free: liberi sumus
WE are free: nos liberi sumus
I am Spartacus: Spartacus sum
I am Spartacus: Ego Spartacus sum
In general terms computer-based Latin translations are completely useless since they only attempt a word-by-word translation without regard for grammar or simple rules of construction. They are not programmed to place the verb last, as Latin almost always does. Don't ever rely on them for accurate translations.
