Other than that, Obama supports the DREAM Act (which failed in Congress last month due to opposition). This Act states that illegal alien children can attend college as long as they graduate High School, are 16 and have been living in the U.S. for 5 years. They could also opt to join the military.

Many believe this act is purely to make another block of Democrat voters.
