The Cartoon icon and Looney Tunes legend known as Bugs Bunny, was born on July 27th, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York. But he wasn't always known as Bugs Bunny. When the "character" was first conceived he was under the name Happy Rabbit. Though still Voiced by Mel Blanc he didn't have a Brooklyn-Bronx accent, but a mildly annoying laugh and "looney" tone. back then he didn't even look like the Bugs Bunny we know today. He looked more anatomically like an actual rabbit, had a flesh colored front and wore yellow gloves. it wasn't until the early forties that Bugs Bunny began to look and sound like the celebrity he is. He appeared in numerous titles throughout his carrier, such as: "A Wild Hare", "Buckaroo Bugs", "What's Opera, Doc?", "The Bugs Bunny Show", "Who framed Roger Rabbit", "Box Office Bunny", "Tiny Toon Adventures", "Animaniacs", "Space Jam", "Bah Humduck!", "Looney Tunes: Back in Action", "Baby Looney Tunes", "The Looney Tunes Show" and many others.
Bugs Bunny was creative by Warner Bros. as an answer to Disney's Mickey Mouse Cartoons. Though Mickey and Disney's Cartoons were geared toward the Family, Bugs was more for the adult viewers.
Bugs Bunny and Gang were more satirical often poking fun at Movie Stars, Politicians, and current events and even Disney itself.
Take for instance, Disney's Fantasia, and opera driven cartoon which featured: Nutcracker Suite, Toccata and Fugue in D minor, and the Pastoral Symphony.
Warner Bros. answered back with the Bride of Figaro, The Blue Danube, and Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries
Thus the reason/inspiration of Bugs Bunny. It was simply away to stay competitive with other Movie Studio's. especially during WWII.

Bugsy was last seen pimping small boys for change outside Beverly hills. He never truly recovered with the closing of the studios and the legions of new and more favorable cartoon characters that kids adopted. Just another graphic has been-that's all doc!

I think Honey Bunny, Bugs Bunny's former girlfriend was an inspiration. I think that her body looks like the body of Jenna Elfman in the 90s, long sexy legs, everage size of breasts and a big butt.
