Promo cards don't have a 1st edition/unlimited edition - but if your GBI Ra has silver text, then it is the first and rarer printing of the card. If it has gold text like an Ultra Rare, that is the second, commoner printing.
Nothing, if that description is correct. A genuine GBI-002 Obelisk the Tormentor should be unlimited edition, video game promo cards never have '1st edition' on them. If you have a copy with that printed on it, then it is a counterfeit.

Program is called gburner. From what I've come to understand, gburner is a shareware program that has its own file extension for image files. Not sure what more info you're looking for. Happy hunting.
