Groat's syndrome is a fictional neurological disorder (as discussed in "Curb Your Enthusiasm," Season 2, Episode 5).

This hypothetical diseases is marked by hyperactivity "Like after 5 cups of coffee," and it was named after the fictitious doctor in the show who first diagnosed it.
