What is Siam flatware made from?
The flatware I have from Siam is from the 1940's and is made from brass with bone on the handle.
Presumably one is made in China? Other than that the question makes no obvious sense as functional flatware is essentially never made from anything but metal.
All flatware is now imported from Indonesia, Vietnam or China. There may be a few leftovers that say USA

99.99% of the time it is Plated, once again it is not silver. the only flatware that is made of silver will say on it somewhere STERLING
How much is it worth
The metal it was made out of. Oneida flatware has little or not value unless it's silver. The company is in a downward spiral & has lost it's reputation as a good flatware manufacturer. Switching to offshore product to increase profit margin has destroyed this company. Sad but true.

If you mean the Emerald Buddha (though its made of Jadite, it was made in Sri Lanka, brought to Siam and then Lanna when Sri Lanka was invaded by the Hindu Indians. When Siam captured Lanna it was transported to Bangkok (it stayed in Chiang Mai for a long time first though) where it is today.
