I don't recall Stewie ever stating a specific password for his machine. Perhaps you should watch the episodes, Road To Germany, The Big-Bang Theory or Back To The Pilot and see.
The only time I can recall when we see a clear view of the keypad is in Family Guy Viewer Mail 2, but even then you don't see details on the pad so there's no way to discern what the code actually is.
If we assume it's simply a numerical pad 1 through 9, then it's 1-6-7-3 but since Stewie once designated a button in a fighter jet to simply be a clown button the buttons he pressed can literally be anything your imagination can think of. The code could be represented as numbers, letters, U.S. presidents, American Idol runner ups, whatever you want to think is on the keypad is what's on there.
