Our Promise to You The safety and satisfaction of our customers is a top priority for our airline. Customers First is the result of a joint effort of the airline industry, the US Congress, and the US Department of Transportation to address the key service elements that affect our customers. There is a number of contact places on their website; I suppose if you want to get hold of their annual report (which is probably posted on the web somewhere) it was have their official mission statement, as this is of importance to shareholders.
