It depends. It is not a great rarity and is only worth 1 cent in face value for most people. However, that coin is mostly copper (unlike post-1982 cents which are zinc with a thin coating of copper) and is worth 2.5 cents in copper value, however, it is illegal to melt or export pennies for melting, so most people won't pay you that much for it even though it is worth 2.5 cents.
My son found the victory penny with the helmeted penny below it for $30 at an antique shop in NY. He was able to get them to sell it for $20. July 31, 2008

The U.S. only issued Lincoln cents in 1911. If the coin is the size of a nickel, it
(1) IS a nickel, generally called a Liberty nickel, and
(2) the V stands for 5, not "Victory". Remember Roman numerals from grade school?
If it's a 1911 Liberty nickel its value is around $20 if it only shows slight wear. Anything more worn than that and you wuz taken. The lesson to be learned is that when dealing with collectibles, you have to do some research before buying.
The other possibility is that by "helmeted penny" you're referring to a large (~34 mm) bronze coin with a seated figure wearing a helmet and carrying a shield. This coin doesn't have anything to do with victory (no wars were won in 1911, right??) - the seated figure is the goddess Britannia. In that case your coin is most likely an English one penny piece. If so, it might retail for a couple of dollars in average condition, $5 if only somewhat worn, and $20 or more in like-new condition.
