∙ 13y agoThe answer will differ according to the ways the laws of the individual states are written. In a broad and general sense, they are less serious than a Class 'A' felony but more serious than a Class 'C' felony.
However since it IS a felony offense, the minimum amount of prison time associated with it will be more than one year in prison.
