A VIP pass is normally a meet and greet pass. You get to hang out with the band back stage(sounds fun) either before or after the concert. You take pictures and sing Autographs and such. You normally purchase the pass with the concert tickets at an expensive cost. Or sometimes they give VIP passes to friends or family of the band so they are able to get passed security and go back stage to see the band.

Could be a VIP box, which usually means that it is a box suite with a bunch of food and drinks in it. VIP sometimes means limo service to the concert is included with your close to the stage tickets. Check out more deatils prior so you know what you are getting.
Here are some other more descriptive type tickets that you may also see:
Meet and greet tickets means you get to meet the performer.
Backstage passes means you get to go backstage.
Sky Box means a box way on the top of the venue.

∙ 8y agoYou have special access to the band. Normally you get to go backstage for a meet and greet with the band. You also get tickets in the first few rows of seating. Most VIP packages will offer you some sort of signed memorabilia as well. Besides, you can get special audio-visual feast if you can VIP seats. You can buy VIP seats from en.damai.cn, which offers good experience with cheap price.
