I found one of these in my apartment and a friend told me it was a "spider cricket"... after searching online to no avail I've found it is actually a camel/cave cricket although the wikipedia picture of it looks nothing like what i found.

Depending on the size of the spider they can eat up-to 3 times per week (crickets or roaches). Also, sometimes a spider will fast for month(s) and even up-to a year. Also, NEVER leave a roach or cricket inside the tank if the spider is not hungry as the cricket or roach will eat the spider's legs.
It is actually a CAMEL BACK CRICKET, not a spider.
It's not very likely, however, a non-venomous spider might harm you by eating your valuable racing cricket.
