A cell is a living thing which is the basic unit for life. All living things are comprised of these cells. On the other hand, a molecule is composed of atoms covalently bonded to one another. Since cells are comprised of atoms (and molecules) without groups of atoms, there are no cells, thus no living organisms such as you and I.
