2- Ned implies Rooster saw the match no more challenging than throwing a steer. Rooster was the wrestler; Ned and his cohort of three, the four legs. Ned's asking Rooster if he thinks he can wrestle the four down, resulting in a dog fall, or a type of (illegal) steer takedown in rodeo competition.
