In practical life , it is not possible to identify the negative and positive charges.

The positive and negative charges are identified only experimentally.

So, practical example of this is not possible.

But I can tell that a negatively charged object and positively charged object attract each other.

for A+ lost electrons

What effect do positive and negative charges have on one another?

Positively and negatively charged objects attract one another.

What is the Effect of rubbing glass with silk rubber?

on rubbing glass with silk, the former one becomes positively charged whereas the other negatively charged.

What effect a negatively charged object have on a positively object?

read your book. they trade electrons and neutrons or create static electricity

What effect will a positively charged metal plate have on a cathode ray?

Since a cathode ray is a stream of electrons, and since electrons are negatively charged, a positively charged metal plate would cause a deflection in the cathode ray towards the plate.

If some amount of positive charge is given to a soap bubble what will happen to it?

It will be attracted to any negatively charged objects and repelled by any positively charged objects. It will probably be mildly attracted by neutral objects but this would be a much smaller effect.

What effect does the charge of the atom have on the number of protons?

The number of protons compared to electrons is what determines the charge of the atom. If there are more protons than electrons the atom is positively charged. If there's more electrons than protons the atom is negatively charged. Does this answer your question?

What is the effect of placing electrons very close to the proton?

It will not require lot of energy to place a an electron very close a proton (for lighter elements) Protons are positively charged whereas electrons are negatively charged. There will be attraction between protons and electrons when placed together.

Will a chargeback effect fica score?

If you have a chargeback, that is a credit to your account. This will not affect your credit score negatively or positively.

Is the solar wind predominantly positively or negatively charged?

Neither, because the sun is made up of incredibly dense hydrogen, the smallest element known to exist, and hydrogen consist of two sub atomic particles, a negatively charged electron, and a positively charged proton, when hydrogen decays and creates the solar winds, negative and positive charges are created in equal amounts, the solar winds are 50% positive, and 50% negative with almost 0% neutrality unless you take radiation into effect. Hope this helps.

What effect does a positive charge have on a nearby negatively charged particle?

A positive charge will attract a nearby negatively charged particle.Oppositely charged particles attract each other while ones with the same charge repel each other.

How does an atom get neutrally charged?

A neutral atom has an equal balance of Protons and Electrons. Protons are positively charged whilst Electrons being opposites are negatively charged. To change a neutral atom to a positively-charged atom can be done by either removing an Electron from the atom, or by adding a Proton. Removing 1electron would make the number of Protons > number of Electrons by 1 making the charge on the neutral atom change to +1. Adding a Proton, the same effect occurs. To make a neutal atom negatively-charged simply do the reverse and make the Number of electrons > number of protons.
