I have an identical shotgun. Same markings, date, laminated barrel, etc. but no gold emblem. I'm also interested in the value. Mine has a cracked stock.
If you're lucky about £400.00
Check the barrel and receiver
It will be marked on the receiver/barrel.
The barrel will be marked "Made in Belgium"
To determine the exact value of a 1892 Eclipse Meteor Belgium double barrel 20 gauge shotgun a number of factors would need to be taken into consideration. Most importantly, the condition of the shotgun.

I have the same. It reads Daminated Steel on the rib. It has Belgian makers marks with the gunsmith mark being a crown over JJ. Very little info available but it was a play on Damascus and Laminated. Probably ill advised to fire it.

THis is not the name of the shotgun, but kind of barrel, made in Belgium. Acier means Steel, and Cockerill stands for "Cockerill-Sambre" the name of the steel maker.
In order to answer your question correctly,I would need the maker of the shotgun, shotgun model, and type of shotgun we are talking about(pump action, single shot,semi-auto etc.) I would also need to know what type of barrel you have(plain barrel, solid matte rib,or vent rib barrel).also include the overall condition of your shotgun and amount of blueing remaining on the receiver and barrel.
Liege is the city in Belgium where it was made. Would need to know ALL the markings on the shotgun.
