The term "Fetus Freak" is a disparaging term often utilized by radical feminism to describe a person or persons who value the life of their unborn children. It is meant as an insult, and favored by radical feminism, anti-pregnancy, anti-family and anti-child social extremists.

It is used most often by radical/extremist feminists to refer to Pro-Life individuals, pregnant women and their spouses, or individuals who believe that a fetus is a living organism prior to being birthed from a womb regardless of political, religious or social beliefs. These individuals often advocate misandry, reckless behavior during pregnancy (such as heavy alcohol, drug and tobacco use), and abortions without any health related issue (including late term and post natal) for no reason other than to simply abort the fetus. These same individuals often refer to unborn babies as "biological trash", "bio trash" or "bio scum".

The term shows their utter disdain for unborn children and the people who love them. It is a despicable insult showing a complete insensitivity to parents, parents-to-be and families. It is a popular movement in places such as Austin, TX and Portland, Oregon, where counter-culture, extremist views are very commonplace. Grimes resides in Austin, TX.

The"Fetus Freak" terminology is usually spouted by visitors of the RHRealityCheck blog, the Taco And Beer Tumblr, and other places often contributed to by Andrea Grimes.

The "Taco and Beer" tumblr, which Grimes is a huge fan of, advocates the wanton termination of pregnancies without justifiable cause (medical or otherwise), and then celebrating the unneeded abortion with beer and tacos. The blog also advocates encouraging women to abort their pregnancies with the offer of beer and tacos as incentive. The tumblr is full of photos of people who pose next to abortion clinics with tacos, or very happily pose with images of aborted fetuses and dismembered babies while eating tacos and drinking beer.

As stated earlier in the previous answer, these individuals are extremist feminists who seem to harbor utter hatred of babies and the family lifestyle. The average feminist is typically disgusted by these extremists, and the two groups often clash. These are awful people with no regard for human life.
