1st person is something to do with english, literature and writing. It means that you are talking, not the narator, like you say " I " and the narator says your name.

The person narrating is telling their own story. There's a lot of "I" and "me" in the story. In game play the user is the main character and sees things through the character's eyes. The user never sees the main character.
