I have used Microsoft's Worldlingo option in Word to help me with translations into spanish. You can submit a phrase or an entire document but be prepared for rough translations because vernaculars, colloquialisms and nuance have to be translated by an actual translator. I believe that service is also an option but there is a charge for it. I have never used this option. To use Worldlingo pull down Tools then Language the Translate. Select the languages from the choices provided. Good luck.
If you want an automatic translation, one option is Google Translate (translate.google.com). Please note that NO automatic translation is very reliable; but they may help you get the general meaning. If what you want is to hire a human translator, one option to do this is the Upwork website.
