IT ACTUALLY PROVIDES INSTANT RESULTS! Now, I'm not talking, like, get flat abs in 5 minutes, but it shrinks your stomach every time you do it! What makes this workout different from the others, is that it's a combination of different ab workouts, not just one. And, it's 5 minutes of nonstop ab toning. So, I bet you would like to know more. A good abs exercise is one that I learned from my brother who plays College Football. You do 3 different ab workouts and each takes 30 seconds plus an additional time in between for a break. You will need a partner for starters. Then, you do as many CRUNCHES as you can in 30 seconds then take a break. The next work out you do is you balance on your butt only, and with both hands touch the floor on either side of your hips do as many as these possible in 30 seconds, again. Take break. For the last one you need your partner, you lay flat on your back keeping feet together and your partner stands directly over your head so you can see up their shorts. (I hope you don't try to though :D). you kick your legs up together to him/her and she pushes them down again as many as possible in thirty seconds then you are done. I recommend doing two sets of these with a five second rest for the more hard core but for beginners I suggest doing fifteen second breaks. on the last workout I find it best to grab your partners legs. That is a very good question. And my answer is that you shouldn't work your abs out at this age. You need to fully go through puberty first before working on your abs. If you have gone fully through puberty, than work your abs the hell out. Good ab workouts are leg lifts, crunches, sit ups, push up, and side to side ab crunches. But don't just workout your abs, workout your biceps,legs,back,and triceps. If you get veins on your abs and other body muscles,that is very good.
